Cyber Security Analyst

Volex de México – Tijuana Site has been a leading company in the region since September 1993. The facility specializes in the manufacturing, assembly, and construction of electrical cables and components for electrical devices, computer equipment, medical diagnostic systems, and other related applications. As part of its strategic growth initiatives, the site is expanding its operations to include the production of harnesses and connectors for the automotive industry. This expansion represents an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security protocols, threat analysis, and incident response. Responsibilities: * Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security threats. * Analyze and interpret the results of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to develop effective mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and other departments. * Provide training and guidance on cybersecurity best practices to employees. * Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security posture. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in an industrial setting. * Strong understanding of security protocols, threat analysis, and incident response. * Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
