Cyber Recovery Solutions Senior Consultant

As a Senior Cyber Recovery Consultant, you will provide end-to-end custom consulting, design and implementation support for customers, specifically related to Dell Technologies products. This may include pre-sales kick-offs, consulting, initial design workshops, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer. You will work closely with internal and customer resources to ensure a smooth transition from the initial consultation through to integration/productive use of the solution. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and addressing potential issues, providing recommendations and implementing solutions to ensure the successful implementation of the solution. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the company's policies, procedures and standards. This role will require strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including project plans, status reports, and final deliverables. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the company's policies, procedures and standards.
