CX Solution Architect (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated CX Solution Architect (m/w/d) to optimize the potential of our customers along the entire customer journey and further develop and deepen our CX- and E-Commerce-advisory fields.

Aufgaben

• Together with our customers, you will analyze requirements in the CX- and E-Commerce-field and design comprehensive, scalable solution architectures.
• You will shape, plan, and accompany the implementation of CX concepts – from idea to realization.
• You will develop tailored solutions in all relevant areas of B2B- and B2C-experience.
• You will identify optimization potential along the customer journey and provide well-founded technology-, architecture-, and development recommendations.
• Depending on the project phase, you will work independently on topics, create user stories, and develop technical concepts.
• You will conceptualize, moderate, and lead workshops with customers and stakeholders.
• Your results and recommendations will be presented convincingly at management and project levels.
• You will also take on roles in an agile environment, such as Scrum Master (project-dependent).
• You will support our Sales Team in Presales, for example, by developing concept proposals, pitches, and customer meetings.

Qualifikation

• Fundamental experience in designing software- and solution architectures, ideally in the CX- or E-Commerce-field.
• Very good knowledge of modern cloud architectures, microservices, and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages and scripting languages like TypeScript or JavaScript (architecture- and design-level).
• In-depth knowledge of B2B- and B2C-E-commerce processes.
• Experience with modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (evaluation & architecture, not necessarily implementation).
• Practical project experience with SAP CX applications, particularly SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Industry knowledge, for example, in Retail or Manufacturing, as well as understanding of business economic connections and processes.
• Familiarity with agile methods and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Very good German- and English-language skills in writing and speaking.
• Pasión for innovative technologies, digital trends, and excellent customer experience.
• Communication strength, advisory mentality, and a confident demeanor towards customers.

• Project experience with SAP CX, particularly SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience in Presales or concept phases.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-responsible working style.
• Zertifizierungen im SAP CX-Umfeld.
• Understanding of methods for artificial intelligence to evaluate opportunities and risks.
