Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the planned, controlled, and coordinated transfer of organization, processes, and IT systems into productive operation

• End-to-end management of the cutover process from preparation to go-live to post-processing

• Ensuring a stable, risk-free, and decision-making transition

• Coordination of all cutover-relevant activities across business, IT, migration, test, and operation

• Creation and management of an integrated cutover plan to provide transparency on dependencies, risks, and critical paths

• Preparation of cutover simulations and go-live decisions, as well as moderation of escalations

• Ensuring a structured handover into operation (Hypercare)

• Central management and integration between project leadership, departments, IT, and management to implement the go-live as a controlled overall process

Must Requirements

• In-depth SAP experience at Senior Consultant level

• Proven experience as part of a project leader in complex IT infrastructure projects

• Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end cutover management from preparation to go-live to Hypercare phase

• Experience in planning and managing S/4HANA transformations

• Secure coordination of activities across departments, IT, migration, test, and operation

• Creation and management of integrated cutover plans considering dependencies, risks, and critical paths

• Safety in moderating escalations and preparing go-live decisions

CAN Requirements

• Industry experience in the energy supply sector or similar utility companies

• Experience in conducting and evaluating cutover simulations

• Willingness to occasional on-site deployments in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg

Further Information

The work will primarily take place remotely, with presence dates at the location in Nuremberg as needed and project situation permitting.
