Job description
We are looking for an independent and proactive person who will be responsible for customs operations and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Customs Specialist (EMEA)
Your tasks:
- Handling customs procedures in countries and outside the EU
- Preparing and controlling customs documentation and import/export declarations
- Maintaining awareness of changes to customs regulations and trade laws
- Analyzing commercial data and implementing improvements
- Supporting and participating in audits
- Supporting additional projects related to compliance and regulations
- Collaborating with internal and external teams
We expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at an international company
- Familiarity with customs tariffs and classification of goods
- Experience in handling EU markets
- Analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
- Very good knowledge of French (additional asset)
