Customer support with english & german

We are looking for a colleague for the position of Customer Support, a communicative person, attentive to customer needs and solution-oriented.

What will you do?

• You will respond to customer inquiries in the pre-sales and post-sales stages, via online chat, email, and phone.

• You will manage and update customer interaction records.

• You will provide correct, complete, and relevant information, using available tools and procedures.

• You will handle and resolve customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within the established deadlines.

• You will follow up on requests until they are resolved, to ensure each customer receives the necessary support.

• You will identify and evaluate customer needs, contributing to their satisfaction.

• You will adhere to the company's procedures, policies, and communication guidelines.

• Phone (20% calls)

Schedule:

• 2 shifts, Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00 and 16:00 – 01:00;

• transportation for the evening shift is provided/reimbursed.

We are looking for a person who has:

• Minimum of 12 completed years of schooling

• German language proficiency at B2-C1 level and English at B1-B2 level

• Communicative and customer-oriented;

• Responsible and detail-oriented;

• Organized and capable of managing multiple requests;

• Solution-oriented;

• With a professional and positive attitude in customer interactions.
