We are currently looking for active support for our Customer Support. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to expand your skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the support and consultation of our existing customers
• You receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions
• You ensure that our customers can always count on friendly and fast help and make our customers happy
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction and develop measures for long-term customer loyalty
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer care

Qualifications

• You ideally have experience in customer support
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and ideally also in English
• You show high empathy towards customers and understand their needs
• You enjoy working in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve common goals
• You are able to organize tasks efficiently and keep an overview of various customer inquiries
