We are currently looking for active support for our Customer Support (Italian). You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to expand your skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the support and advice of our existing Italian customers.
• You will receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions.
• You will ensure that our customers can count on friendly and fast help at all times, making our customers happy.
• You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and develop measures for long-term customer loyalty.
• You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure holistic customer care.

Qualifications

• You ideally have experience in customer support.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian (native speaker level) and ideally you can also communicate in German.
• You show a high level of empathy towards customers and understand their needs.
• You enjoy working in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.
• You are able to organize tasks efficiently and keep an overview of various customer inquiries.
