We are currently looking for energetic support for our French-speaking Customer Support. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to expand your skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Tasks

• You are responsible for supporting and advising our existing French-speaking customers.
• You take customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions.
• You ensure that our customers can always rely on friendly and fast help, making them happy.
• You bear the responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures for long-term customer retention.
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure a comprehensive customer support.

Qualification

• You ideally bring experience in customer support.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French (native speaker level) and ideally can also communicate in German.
• You show a high empathy towards customers and understand their needs.
• You work well in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.
• You are able to organize tasks efficiently and maintain an overview of various customer inquiries.
