Customer Support Vergabepilot AI (m/w/d), Minijob, 100 % remote

Vergabepilot AI is the platform for public tenders in Germany. We help companies find suitable tenders faster, automate document analysis, and make participation decisions within 5 minutes, all in one place. Over 10,000 companies already use Vergabepilot AI. Our team is growing, and we're looking for reinforcements to support our customers in their daily lives.

Tasks

You are the first point of contact for our users and ensure that inquiries are processed quickly and accurately. Specifically:

• You process incoming support tickets and email inquiries in a friendly, clear, and solution-oriented manner
• You take bug reports, document them carefully, and forward them to the development team
• You assist with administrative tasks around customers and billing, such as payment runs, payment checks, and maintenance of customer data
• You help convert recurring questions into templates and help articles

Qualification

• Fundamental technical understanding. You don't have to be able to develop, but you should be able to quickly get familiar with software products
• Solid, structured work style, especially for administrative and billing-related tasks
• Pleasure in helping people and clarifying things
• Reliability and self-reliance
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
