Customer Support Team with English | Iasi

A major international BPO company, with an office in Iasi open since last year, is growing its Customer Support team. They're looking for people with good English who want a stable job and a well-established team to join.

What we're looking for:

• Good English skills (B2-C1 level)

• People who communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  

What you'll be doing:

• Talking with customers from English-speaking countries, mostly inbound calls (90%)

• Solving problems, answering questions, and logging everything in the system

• Occasional outbound follow-up calls

• Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 22:00

• Saturday shifts (11:00-19:00), depending on workload
