This role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Assist global customers through chat and voice channels. • Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner. • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries. • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs). • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support. • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first-call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.
