Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) Part-time, Remote or Berlin

We operate several modern Service Brands around Coworking, Meeting Rooms, Virtual Office and digital Mail Processing. Our support runs in a clean Multi-Brand Setup via Front, many processes are automated and AI-supported.

It's uncomplicated here. Fast coordination, short distances, clear responsibility. No corporate nonsense, no micromanagement, but a relaxed work vibe and a team that wants to make things better together.

Tasks

• Answering customer inquiries via email with AI-supported response templates
• Assigning incoming mail to customers and sending contents via email
• Phone support
• Verifying customer payments and tracking down uncertainties or delays
• Adjustments in Stripe, e.g. correcting invoices, updating customer data
• Maintaining master data
• Participation in training Copilot and Autopilot workflows, e.g. providing feedback, improving templates, optimizing processes
• Taking over further operational tasks as needed

Qualification

• Experience in customer support, ideally digital, SaaS or service-oriented
• Excellent written communication skills in German, English is a plus
• Structured, reliable work style and high quality standards
• Familiarity with tools or quick learning ability, e.g. Front, Stripe, Notion
• Pleasure in automation and AI-supported workflows
• Remote possible, Berlin, Munich or Hamburg is a plus
