Important: This position is fully remote but requires you to live in Greece (Athens or elsewhere). If you're not already living in Greece, we provide a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

• Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)

• Keep accurate records and help improve customer experience

• Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team

• C2-level Dutch and at least B2-level English

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn

• No prior experience required we will train you

• Must live in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
