Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales) to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs). The candidate will also support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services. Shift & Work Mode Shift: US Shift Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage escalations and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs). Support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues. Provide excellent customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers. Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay current with industry developments.
