What awaits you:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers via email, phone, and chat for technical or application-related questions.

• You analyze inquiries, find solutions, document them, and contribute to ensuring that our customers feel well looked after and that our knowledge base is constantly improving.

• You work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Development teams and provide valuable feedback from everyday support.

• You conduct individual training sessions and support our customers in their ongoing operations.

• You contribute your interest to participate in testing or improving new product features.

What you bring with you:

• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working. Experience in customer support, ideally in the SaaS, IT, or software environment, or you are familiar with the cleaning or facility industry and want to switch to the digital sector.

• Enjoyment of customer communication and a confident, professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.

• Technical understanding and interest in learning new things.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, fluent English, French is an advantage.
