Customer Support Representative with English | Iasi

A major international customer service company, with an office in Iasi running since last year, is expanding its Customer Support team and hiring new colleagues.

Candidate profile:

• English proficiency at B2-C1 level, written and spoken

• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, not a requirement

Key responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls (approximately 90% of volume) from customers in English-speaking markets

• Providing clear, timely support and escalating complex cases appropriately

• Accurately documenting every interaction in the CRM system

• Occasional outbound follow-up calls
