As a Customer Support Representative (d/w/m) in the Innendienst, you will be the central point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in understanding their needs and finding suitable solutions. You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Counseling and Sales: Take over the professional counseling of our customers regarding our product range, work out product solutions, and actively support with recommendations for alternative and additional products
• Offer Creation: Create and calculate offers and conduct condition negotiations with our customers
• Order Acceptance: Accept orders and inquiries both by phone and through our order platform
• Maintenance of Customer Relationships: Regularly exchange information with your team about new customer developments and strengthen the bond between our customers and us
