Main responsibilities:

• Gestionation of communication by email with parents and students (responses, clarifications, follow-ups).
• Initiation of emails to parents/students for information, reminders, or updates.
• Updating and maintaining the correct CRM (Monday.com) with client, student, and progress information.
• Collaboration with management team to transmit feedback from parents and students.
• Ensuring an excellent experience for clients by resolving requests quickly and pleasantly.
