Customer Support – Dutch C1 / English B2

We are looking for colleagues for a Customer Support role with Dutch language skills, within a project in the financial services sector. You will interact with customers by phone and email, providing them with information and support for various requests related to accounts and products available on the platform.

💼 Responsibilities

• Taking calls and managing requests received by email;
• Providing customer support for account administration and usage;
• Offering information about savings products and platform functionalities;
• Analyzing requests and identifying the most suitable solutions;
• Managing back-office administrative and operational tasks;
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve situations encountered by customers;
• Ensuring clear, professional, and customer-oriented communication.

🔎 Requirements and Competencies

• Knowledge of Dutch at C1 level;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Basic computer usage skills;
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.

💰 Salary Package and Benefits

• Monthly salary between 7,000 and 7,500 RON net;
• Monthly performance bonus of up to 300 RON;

🏡 Schedule and Working Conditions

• Work modality: 100% remote;
• Employment type: 8 hours/day, full-time;
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 09:00–20:00, in two shifts:
• • 09:00–18:00;
  • 11:00–20:00.

The training and adaptation period (nesting) lasts approximately one month and takes place from Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:00.

📋 Recruitment Process

The selection involves testing Dutch and English languages, both for verbal and written communication, as well as a typing test.
