Customer Support (m/f/d) – Care Software

Job description


Your Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers with technical and application-related questions about our care software – by phone and email.
  • You handle support requests in a friendly and service-oriented manner, analyze the concerns, and find quick, understandable solutions.
  • You carefully document requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • You forward more complex cases to 2nd Level Support or the specialist departments.
  • You structurally pass on customer feedback to the product team, thus helping to continuously improve our software.
  • You support the further development of support materials (e.g., knowledge base, tutorials, FAQs).


Your Profile

  • Professional experience in telephone customer support, ideally in the IT/software environment.
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree with a technical or commercial focus – or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to remain friendly and composed even in stressful situations.
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system, particularly in care, as well as billing or industry-specific software, is a clear plus.
