Roger is the platform that digitally streamlines dental practices: appointment reminders, WhatsApp communication, recall, treatment plan (HKP) dispatch, anamnesis forms. This is complemented by services such as dental administrative assistant (ZMV) and reception support. Our goal: Practice teams should be able to focus on patients instead of paperwork.

Your Responsibilities

As someone who knows the daily routine of a dental practice inside and out, you will support dental practices in customer support (m/f/d) and be the first point of contact for our customers with all questions regarding our software.

• You will answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

• You will guide practices in using our platform and assist with technical questions.

• You will work closely with our team to continuously improve the service.

What You Bring

You bring substantial experience from a dental practice or customer service and understand the workflows of daily practice life. You don't meet every single point? No problem! Apply anyway, because we will teach you what you are still missing.

• Training as a dental assistant (ZFA) or professional experience at the reception of a dental practice

• Experience in customer support or the motivation to gain it

• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people

• Interest in digital tools and a desire to learn new things
