One of our clients is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutch speaking), located in Belgium.

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for users who need support. You stand both customers and service providers by answering their questions and ensuring they get the most out of the platform. You guide new users, handle profile validations and payments, and actively contribute to optimizing the user experience. Each contact moment is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via email and phone in a quick and helpful manner
• Guide new users through their first steps on the platform
• Follow up on processes such as cancellations, profile validation, moderation, and payments
• Collaborate with service providers to improve their visibility and success
• Gather valuable user feedback and share it with internal teams
• Actively contribute to improving the overall user experience

Requirements

• Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-centricity
• Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of English for internal communication
• Bonus points:

• Experience in customer service or community management
• Mastery of French
