Job description Help drivers get back on the road quickly and efficiently. As a Breakdown Assistance Call Handler, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and ensure that every driver receives help as quickly as possible. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed at all times. This is a role with real impact: thanks to your calm approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure, you will be able to provide excellent support to our customers. Your tasks will include: • Handling breakdown assistance calls in German and English; • Identifying the cause of the breakdown and providing guidance on how to resolve it; • Coordinating with partner services such as towing companies or repair shops to get the driver back on the road quickly; • Keeping the driver informed throughout the process; • Providing excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional.
