Your morning starts with an overview of customer requests, response time and customer experience. Based on that, you think about how you can support the customer even better. To do so, you need your colleagues in the field - the field engineers - and have contact with the customer. The field engineers and you regularly have a good conversation about developments, possibilities and experiences of the services of GPS-Buddy.
