Customer Support with Dutch and English, Remote

About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with an advanced level of Dutch and good knowledge of English.

The activity is carried out 100% remotely.

• Managing requests related to accounts, savings products, and platform functionalities;
• Identifying and efficiently resolving issues encountered by customers;
• Carrying out operational activities;
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve requests;
• Correct and complete registration of customer interactions;
• Adhering to internal procedures and legal requirements regarding customer communication.

Requirements:

• Dutch language – advanced level C1/C2;
• English language – level B2+/C1;
• Very good communication skills and customer orientation;
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information;
• Flexibility and adaptability and quick learning ability;
• Integrity and the ability to follow internal procedures.

Work schedule and training:

• Shift schedule, Monday to Friday:
• • 09:00 – 18:00;
  • 11:00 – 20:00.
• Training and nesting: approximately one month, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 18:00.

To occupy this position, the following are required:

• High School Diploma;
• Criminal record certificate.

Contract type: indefinite period

• Salary: 7,000 – 7,500 RON net;
