Customer Support with Dutch (C1) – Remote

We are looking for communicative and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support with Dutch, within a project in the financial services sector.

💼 Responsibilities

• Managing customer requests via phone and email;
• Providing information and assistance regarding account administration;
• Offering support related to savings products and platform usage;
• Identifying and resolving incoming requests and questions;
• Managing back-office operational activities;
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer requests;
• Maintaining professional and efficient communication with users.

🔎 Requirements and Competencies

• Advanced Dutch language skills (C1);
• Good English language skills (B2);
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to efficiently manage customer requests.

💰 Salary package and benefits

• Monthly salary: 7,000–7,500 RON net;
• Monthly performance bonus: up to 300 RON;
• Benefits budget: 500 RON;

🏡 Schedule and working conditions

• Work mode: 100% remote;
• Employment: 8 hours per day, full-time;
• Schedule: within the interval 09:00–20:00, in two shifts:
• • 09:00–18:00;
  • 11:00–20:00.

Training and nesting period lasts approximately one month and takes place from Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:00.

📋 Recruitment process

The selection process includes testing Dutch and English language proficiency, both verbally and in writing, as well as a typing test.
