Customer Support & Business Analyst - HR Software

Creasoft | HR, Time Tracking, and Personnel Management Software

We are looking for a male or female colleague to help us provide quality customer support and continuously improve our software applications.

You will work directly with clients, but also with the software development team. You will identify problems, test new functionalities, and contribute to transforming customer feedback into concrete solutions.

We are not just looking for someone who responds to customer requests. We are looking for someone who understands problems, finds solutions, and contributes to the development of our products.

1. Advanced Excel skills

To be able to work efficiently with large volumes of data, formulas, lookup functions, filters, pivot tables, and data processing.

2. Efficient use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

To know how to formulate clear prompts, use AI for analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and automating repetitive tasks.

It is important to be able to verify AI-generated results, not just copy them.

Both skills will be verified through practical tests during recruitment.

• Software support for clients: you will help clients use our HR and time tracking applications, configure functionalities, and resolve operational issues.

• Problem investigation: you will reproduce reported errors, identify the situations in which they occur, and clearly document the necessary information for programmers.

• Application testing (QA): you will verify new functionalities, modifications, and fixes, including through real usage scenarios and regression tests.

• Analysis of client requirements: you will understand what clients want, why they need certain functionalities, and what impact they would have.

• Collaboration with developers: you will transform requests into clear functional requirements, with examples and acceptance criteria, and you will validate the implementation result.

• Documentation improvement: you will contribute to the creation of user guides, FAQ articles, and support procedures.

• Use of AI in daily activity: you will look for faster and more efficient work methods, using AI for analysis, documentation, and testing.

• Experience in software application support.

• Knowledge of manual testing (test cases, bug reports, regression testing).

• Experience with HR, time tracking, personnel administration, or shift planning applications.

• Experience in documenting software requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).

You will have the opportunity to work with real software products, used by companies for personnel administration, time tracking, and HR process automation.

You will collaborate directly with the technical team and will be able to influence how the products are developed and improved.

It is a role in which you can evolve professionally towards Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, or Product Management, depending on your aptitudes and interests.

In addition to the recruitment discussion, selected candidates will undergo a practical test that includes:

• Processing and analyzing data in Excel.

• Solving a problem using ChatGPT or Claude.

• Analyzing a concrete situation of using a software application.

We are more interested in what you can actually do than in the number of diplomas or certificates.
