Customer Support & Business Analyst (HR Software)

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides customer support for software application usage, including settings and basic problem resolution.
• Documents and reproduces reported problems, collaborating with the programming team for solution implementation.
• Manually tests the application, including regression and new functionality testing in real-use scenarios.
• Gathers and structures customer and market feedback to understand requirements and priorities.
• Writes clear functional requirements and assists in validating solutions before delivery.
• Contributes to process improvement through developing FAQs, guides, and articles.
