About the role: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for our LATAM customers, providing support via chat, email, and phone. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating issues, as well as providing feedback to improve our products and services. Responsibilities: * Provide timely and accurate support to customers via chat, email, and phone. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate team. * Provide feedback to improve our products and services. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new features. * Translate product information and support documentation from English to Spanish and/or Portuguese. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. * Proficient in English. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in customer service or a related field. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organizational skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt.
