- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Focus on Customer Experience
- Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Passion for games
- Any previous experience in customer-facing positions is beneficial
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence is a bonus, but not required
Job Description
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Represent the first point of contact and face of the company for high-priority players
- Handle, solve, and investigate user-reported issues in detail
- Adapt existing workflows and processes to our evolving title portfolio
- Serve as a two-way information funnel between players and the company
- Monitor, summarize and report player sentiment based on official channels
- Act as the company-internal primary point of contact for Customer Support matters for assigned titles
- Maintain and document high levels of game knowledge
- Interact and coordinate with external and internal partner departments
