- Help the customers: provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
- Strong understanding of POS hardware (including all peripherals) preferable
Schedule:24/7 (in shifts)
