Customer Support Agent with English | Iasi

A major international BPO company, with an office in Iasi open since last year, is looking for people with good English for its Customer Support team.

What we need from you:

• English B2-C1

• Clear communication — and the ability to stay steady when a customer is upset

• Customer service experience — good to have, not required
  

What you'll be doing:

• Answering calls (90% inbound) from customers in English-speaking countries

• Resolving requests, answering questions, escalating when needed

• Logging everything in the CRM

• Occasionally, making a follow-up call
  

What you'll get:

• International environment

• Shift 10:00-22:00 (rotating) + Saturday 11:00-19:00, when volume is high.
