As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat), resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring that all interactions are friendly, helpful, and professional. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of your activities and communicate effectively with other departments. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
