Ideal Candidate
5starDesk.com is looking for a colleague to fill the position of Customer Support, which will help us in our relationship with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate has previously worked with hotel software.
We are looking for:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Client-oriented attitude and solutions
Experience in customer support or sales in the HoReCa domain is an advantage
Basic IT/software knowledge (no programming required)
Organizational capacity and ability to work independently
Romanian and English language skills

Job Description
You will do:
Provide telephone and remote support to existing clients (hotels, pensions, apartments)
Respond to requests related to platform usage (settings, functionalities, clarifications)
Guide clients in the correct use of the software
Conduct research and identify potential new clients (accommodation units)
Contact potential clients by phone or online and present the 5starDesk solution
Collaborate directly with the development team for market feedback
