Customer Success & Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING: You accompany our new customers in their first steps and set up our sales tool optimally.
• Ticket-Management: You process inquiries efficiently and structured via HubSpot CRM and Jira.
• SUPPORT (LIGHT): You take on smaller technical configurations of the sales tool yourself.
• KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: You maintain and expand our knowledge database for customers and colleagues.
• CUSTOMER COUNSELING: You stand by our partners on the phone, advising them competently, friendly, and at eye level.

Qualification

• You have experience in customer support or a service-oriented role.
• You bring good IT affinity and enjoy learning software products (our sales tool).
• Ideal would be if you already worked with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• You communicate clearly, are patient, and have a structured work style.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are self-evident for you.
