Customer Success Specialist, Life Sciences

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Specialist, Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, excellent communication skills, and experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at our institutional clients; • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution; • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and prioritize customer needs; • Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers on the effective use of JoVE's video solutions; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in life sciences. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, molecular biology); • 2+ years of experience working in the life sciences industry or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree or higher in a life science-related field; • Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment; • Knowledge of scientific research methods and techniques; • Familiarity with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
