Customer Success Specialist

Your Role As a Junior Customer Success Manager , you’ll manage customer relationships from pre-signature through onboarding and ongoing support. You will be the customer’s first point of contact, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term platform adoption in a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with customers during their first weeks on the platform and continue supporting them throughout their journey, while collaborating internally to ensure customer needs are met. Key responsibilities include: • Managing customer relationships from pre-signature through onboarding and ongoing support. • Being the customer’s first point of contact, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term platform adoption in a B2B SaaS environment. • Working closely with customers during their first weeks on the platform and continuing to support them throughout their journey. • Collaborating internally to ensure customer needs are met. Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
