Customer Success Specialist - PMS Systemen (Hotellerie)

Are you someone with experience in a hotel's front office and an interest in technology and IT systems?

As Customer Success Specialist, you will support both small and large hotels in using their Property Management System (PMS). You will help with installation, training, and support, both on-site and remotely.

This leading IT provider offers advanced PMS- and POS-solutions to hospitality businesses in the Benelux region.

You will join a motivated and driven team of approximately 8 people. Together, we ensure that every customer is even more successful, thanks to the use of our IT solutions. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-line support to PMS customers;
• Installing new PMS systems at hotels;
• Training and familiarizing hotel staff with the new system;
• Solving any problems that may arise, both remotely and on-site;
• Updating and ensuring the quality of the product;
• Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and reporting to the Support Manager.

To be successful in this role, you recognize yourself in the following criteria and competencies:

• At least a completed HBO education (Hotelschool or Hospitality Management);
• Experience with PMS systems such as OPERA;
• Able to provide guidance on a suitable basis, both unsolicited and solicited;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• You have a natural flexible attitude for unexpected situations.

As Customer Success Specialist, you will be in daily contact with the hotel industry in the Netherlands. A varied role in a challenging and dynamic environment for 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is around €3,000 gross per month based on knowledge and experience. Additionally, a car, laptop, and phone are offered so that you can perform your work as well as possible.
