Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for seamless interface communication between the B2C, B2B Mid market, especially Mentoring & Administration teams and our customers.

The goal is to create optimal conditions for the sales team to work efficiently and successfully – while ensuring that our customers experience an outstanding customer journey during their training.

Close collaboration will take place with the Head of B2C Sales, your own team, and other teams, particularly B2B Mid Market and Mentoring & Administration.

Focus Areas of Your Role

• Active support of the sales team in operational tasks: Filling out participation contracts, sending out education vouchers.

• Interface function in communication between participants, our internal departments, and the employment agency.

• Support with operational tasks: Filling out education vouchers, creating and filing contracts, reviewing and keeping documents up to date.

• Close collaboration for the coordination of workflows with other departments, especially Mentoring & Administration and IT.

• Responsibility for answering participants' questions.

• Development of communication and interaction processes for our training programs.

• Monitoring of CRM content and consultations, including data analysis to elevate our sales team to a new level.

• Execution of Training Success Management as well as support and assistance for participants with organizational matters.

• Support for the sales team in processing specific inquiries and finding solutions.

• Management and content generation for community platforms.

• In the future, planning and execution of online or in-person events between participants and companies in collaboration with the Career Service Team.

What You Bring With You

• Advanced skills in customer service, including strategic planning ideas and good customer management.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding to create a positive and efficient work environment.

• Extremely high aptitude for dealing with customers.

• Ability to analyze customer data regarding their duration of participation and key indicators for potential dropout.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to lead by example and motivate yourself and others around you.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (experience working with a CRM system is an advantage).

• Ability to identify and leverage sales opportunities, as well as strong customer relationship management skills.

• Basic technical understanding and an openness to new tools are important.

• No aversion to numbers.

• A love for processes and efficiency thinking is a clear advantage.
