As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, goals, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role. • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
