Customer Success Specialist Bangalore | On-site Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist who is as comfortable reading API logs as building executive relationships. You will own the entire post-sales lifecycle, focusing on reducing churn in the first 90 days and scaling existing accounts. You won’t just “manage” accounts — you will act as the technical bridge ensuring increased product adoption, faster Time to Value (TTV), and minimized technical gaps. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, proactive issue resolution, and strategic planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes. • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use this information to inform product development and sales strategies. • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless integration of our products into their workflows. • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Key Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software or technology industries. • Strong understanding of API logs, data analytics, and technical product adoption. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus.
