To further expand our operations and customer success structures, we are looking for an experienced individual with a strong understanding of content production, quality assurance, and customer-oriented process development.

As Customer Success & Quality Operations Manager (m/w/d), you will be the interface between our customers, internal teams, and external production partners. You understand production processes not only operationally but also strategically think them further.

You ensure that our services are efficient, high-quality, and future-oriented.

We are looking for people with a residence in Berlin.

Tasks

• Responsibility for quality assurance and implementation of improved production and service processes
• Steering and accompaniment of customer onboarding, test, and pilot phases of new productions
• Representation of Doopic in customer meetings and strategic alignments
• Counseling our customers on new production possibilities, technologies, and process optimizations
• Anticipation and adaptation of customer workflows for a seamless integration into existing processes
• Support in the expansion of innovative content services and new production models
• Accompaniment of new developments in the field of content creation, automation, and KI-based workflows

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in content production, ideally in the area of product image production / e-commerce
• Strong understanding of modern graphic and post-production services
• Experience in outsourcing graphic or production services
• Experience in direct customer contact and steering demanding stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-responsible working style
• Communication strength and confident appearance in customer meetings
• Interest in innovations in the field of digital content production and KI
• Pleasure to shape processes actively and develop them further with us
• Very good German and English skills
