Customer Success Employee (m/f/d)

TimberTom has brought its first cloud-based logistics system to the forestry industry in 2023 after years of development. The first forestry companies, traders, and associations are already using TimberData to organize themselves more efficiently and gain more resources for their forest. To strengthen our 20-person team at our location in Schloss Langenstein in Orsingen-Nenzingen (m/f/d), we are looking for support as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Caring and supporting our customers in the use of our software solutions
• Acknowledging and processing customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone
• Supporting the implementation of online training for our customers
• Collaboration with the development team to pass on customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Creating and maintaining helpful guides and FAQs to facilitate an easy start for our customers.

Qualification

• Outstanding communicative skills and joy in dealing with customers
• Technical understanding and the ability to learn and convey complex software solutions
• Experience in customer support, customer care or similar fields is desirable but not a requirement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Team-oriented working style and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment

You will be intensively introduced to our products, but we also expect your own initiative to learn new things and enjoy being successful in a technically oriented industry.
