Hi, we are Jessy Works – an AI startup that is rethinking accounting from the ground up. While tax firms are desperately searching for qualified personnel, we are building the solution: AI-powered accounting on autopilot. Our AI assistant Jessy takes over ongoing bookkeeping, routine workflows, and client communication – drastically expanding the capacity of firms.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Onboarding & Customer Care: You set up new customers, integrate them cleanly into the system, and ensure they feel well taken care of from day one.
• Point of Contact: You personally support our customers by phone and email, answer questions, and reliably guide them through their daily use of our product.
• Organizing Feedback & Requests: You collect feedback and inquiries, bundle them, prioritize them, and keep track of everything so nothing gets overlooked.
• Interface Business ↔ Tech: You translate between customers, the business team, and the tech team – ensuring the right inquiry reaches the right place and solutions are returned quickly.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Enjoy direct customer contact and a confident, friendly demeanor on the phone and in writing
• A structured, organized way of working – you maintain order even with many parallel requests
• Empathy and service orientation: You listen, understand quickly, and think ahead
• Ideally, initial experience in Customer Success, customer service, or support
• Fluent German, at least English B2
• Affinity for digital tools and a desire to familiarize yourself with an AI-first product
• Experience in accounting and DATEV would be great, but is not a disqualifier
• Basic understanding of business processes and IT – you are the link between both worlds
