Hi, we are Jessy Works – a KI-Startup that rethinks accounting from the ground up. While law firms are desperately looking for qualified staff, we build the solution: KI-based accounting on autopilot. Our KI-Assistant Jessy takes over ongoing bookkeeping, routine workflows, and client communication – and expands the capacities of law firms dramatically.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Onboarding & Customer Care: You set up new customers, enter them neatly into the system, and ensure they're well taken care of from day one.
• Contact Person: By phone and email, you personally support our customers, answer questions, and accompany them reliably through their daily routine with our product.
• Feedback & Requests Organize: You collect feedback and requests, bundle them, prioritize, and keep track so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Schnittstelle Business ↔ Tech: You translate between customers, business, and tech teams – so the right issue lands at the right place and solutions come back quickly.

Qualification

You bring with you

• A pleasure in direct customer contact and a confident, friendly demeanor on the phone and in writing
• A structured, organized work style – you keep order even when dealing with many parallel requests
• Empathy and service orientation: You listen, understand quickly, and think along
• Ideal experience in Customer Success, customer care, or support
• Fluent German, at least B2 English
• Affinity to digital tools and a willingness to get familiar with an AI-first product
• Experience in accounting and DATEV would be great, but is no exclusion criterion
• Basic understanding of business processes and IT – you're the link between both worlds
