Tasks
In the beginning:
- Participate in daily tasks of a Customer Success Manager
- Preliminary preparation, participation, and follow-up of customer calls
- Status updates to customers (clear, honest, and binding)
- Maintenance of customer information, projects, and to-dos in our tools
- Following up on agreements, deadlines, and open points
- Translating between the customer and departmental teams (
