About the role: We’re looking for someone who thrives on building authentic relationships, solving complex challenges, and turning insights into growth. As our Customer Success Manager for enterprise clients , you’ll be the strategic partner guiding them from onboarding to long-term success — helping them unlock the full power of Surfer and grow with us. You’ll join a brand-new Customer Success team , built from scratch to support our enterprise clients. That means you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to shape how we work, influence the product roadmap, and help us scale our success. You will: * Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients * Onboard new clients and train them on how to best use Surfer * Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact clients * Analyze client data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights * Develop and execute client success plans * Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the customer experience * Advocate for our clients and provide feedback to internal teams to help shape our product roadmap * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Proactively monitor client health and identify at-risk accounts * Become an expert on SEO and content optimization, advising clients on industry best practices * Travel to meet clients and attend industry events (as needed) What you'll bring: * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS * Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Familiarity with SEO and content marketing * A passion for helping clients succeed * A proactive and results-oriented mindset * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Perks & Benefits: * Competitive salary * Equity in the company * Unlimited PTO * 100% remote work * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401k with company match * Professional development budget * Team retreats and social events
