Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their leaders. Our mission is to empower organizations to make data-driven decisions about talent development, retention, and succession planning. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
