Your Mission

Connect your expertise in architecture or real estate with modern technology: As Customer Success Manager – Schwerpunkt Architektur & Real Estate (m/w/d) you are at syte the decisive interface that translates complex real estate issues into digital added value. You accompany our leads, new and existing customers as they recognize and fully exploit the potential of our platform. You understand the language of project developers and architects and can show that our KI-based platform can solve challenges in the real estate industry.

This means in detail:* Fachliches Onboarding & Proof of Concept: You conduct technical onboarding sessions and demonstrate concrete solution options within the platform. Based on real cases, you prove to our customers how they can optimize their specific processes in architecture or project development with syte.

• Strategische Beratung: You are the point of contact for specialized questions and advise customers proactively on how they can integrate our platform deeply into their real estate business.
• Fachliche Schnittstelle zur Produktwelt: You are the voice of the market. You analyze customer needs, document decisions transparently, and translate them into precise technical requirements for our product team.
• Automatisierung & Skalierbarkeit: You quickly acquire specialized and technical knowledge, automate central processes, and ensure that this know-how is efficiently transferred to scalable processes, training, and best practices for our customers.
• Wissensvermittlung: You design and moderate trainings and webinars, showing how one can solve real estate problems with the syte platform. Thus, you develop our customers into power users and ensure their long-term success.

Your Profile

• Fach-Expertise: You have a background in architecture, project development or real estate and bring a deep understanding of real estate processes as well as building law topics with you.
• Technische Kommunikation: You possess high technical affinity and the ability to explain complex functions simply, understandably, and user-oriented.
• Arbeitsweise: You work structured, independently, and proactively. Your claim is to continuously develop processes and actively drive solutions forward.
• Mindset: You take over responsibility and are highly motivated to actively shape the customer success area in terms of content and organization.

You have already gained experience in technical customer success, support or consulting.

Your Start Date and Place of Work

• Start Date: 01.03.2026
• Place of Work: Hybrid / Remote possible. For your onboarding week, we welcome you for two weeks in our office in Münster.
• Working Hours: Full-time | 40 hours
